Because our creations are handmade and often personalised, no refunds are possible.Only an exchange may be considered, under certain conditions.
Exchange accepted if:
- •Request made within 14 days of receipt
- •Item in its original condition, unworn
- •Original packaging intact
- •Item from the standard collection (not made to measure)
Not exchangeable:
- •Bespoke or personalised creations
- •Worn or damaged items
- •Items returned after 14 days
- •Sale or discounted items
Exchange procedure
Contact me
Send an email to contact@lebaiserdelamariee.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Wait for approval
I confirm the exchange and send you the return instructions.
Send the parcel
Return the item in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Receive your exchange
As soon as the return is received and approved, I send you the new item.
Repair Service
I look after my creations even after the sale! If your jewellery needs repairing (a loose bead, a broken wire, a damaged clasp...), don’t hesitate to contact me.
- Minor repairs: often free for jewellery bought from me
- Major repairs: free quote on request
- Average lead time: 1 to 2 weeks depending on the repair
