Each review is read by the atelier before publication. The text is never changed: it is published as it is or rejected. The atelier may reply publicly. A review is rejected when:

Reviews marked “Google review” are taken automatically from our Google listing twice a day, with their approximate date (Google only shows “… ago”), the atelier’s reply if there is one, and a link to our reviews on Google. Their text is never changed and they are not read before being imported; the atelier may hide a Google review that breaks the rules above. All Google reviews are shown, whatever their rating. A review deleted from Google is removed from this site at the next synchronisations. The average rating and number of reviews shown are those of our Google listing.
Reviews are listed from newest to oldest, without sorting by rating. Each review shows the date it was submitted and the date of the experience (delivery date of the order), when known. No incentive (discount, gift, entry into a competition) is offered in exchange for a review, positive or not.
Reviews remain published for 5 years after they were submitted, then are deleted. You can ask at any time for your review to be deleted by writing to contact@lebaiserdelamariee.com.
