The present sales conditions are concluded on one hand by "Le Baiser de la Mariée" and on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity hereinafter referred to as "the buyer," wishing to make a purchase via the website www.lebaiserdelamariee.com.

The purpose of these sales conditions is to define the contractual relationship between "lebaiserdelamariee.com" and the buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.lebaiserdelamariee.com or during a private sale at home, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms of sale.
 

These terms of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly agreed upon by Le Baiser de la Mariée.

Le Baiser de la Mariée reserves the right to modify its terms of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in effect at the date of the buyer's order.

Our Creations

The products presented on this site are handcrafted in our workshop and made to order. Even though we strive to produce photos that are as true to the products as possible, there may be a slight difference with the finished product, especially concerning the colors.

All of our jewelry is made in our workshop with great care, and we select high-quality materials. The jewelry is exclusively made with Swarovski pearl and crystal beads. Most of the fittings are made of 925 silver (unless otherwise stated), gold-filled (high-quality gold-plated), or rose gold-filled (high-quality rose gold-plated), and are guaranteed nickel-free. Headpieces are mounted on headbands or copper wire with gilded or silver-plated brass stampings. Most combs are also made with gilded or silver-plated brass plant stampings, as well as Swarovski pearls and crystals.
 

Custom Creations

We can make custom orders according to your request. To do so, we will provide a quote via email. Once the quote is accepted and payment is made, we will create the item and proceed with shipping.

Custom orders are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
 

Prices

The prices listed on the website are in euros and do not include shipping costs. According to Article 293B of the General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable to our products.

Le Baiser de la Mariée reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but it is understood that the price listed on lebaiserdelamariee.com on the day of the order will apply to the buyer.
 

Payment

Payments can be made in different ways:

• By credit card: Via the secure services of Paypal or Payplug. The buyer with a Paypal account can securely pay for their order directly through their account. A buyer without a Paypal account can pay directly with their credit card by providing their details through the Payplug service. We will never have access to your banking information as transactions are made between the payment service and the buyer. This free service is extremely reliable and secure. The payment will confirm the buyer's order.

• By bank transfer: The necessary banking details for the transfer will be sent to you by email once your order is confirmed. The payment will confirm the buyer's order.

• By check: The payment must be sent within 10 days following the buyer's order to the address provided by email after confirmation (if the payment is not made within this period, the order will be canceled). The check should be made payable to "Le Baiser de la Mariée." Please include your order number and name with the payment. The order will be processed after the check is cleared.

Processing Time and Delivery

The processing time for orders is approximately two weeks from the time the payment is received. These times may vary depending on the time of year and may reach up to three weeks during peak season (March to September). If your order is urgent, please let us know, and we will do our best to expedite the creation and shipping of your items.

"Le Baiser de la Mariée" will inform the buyer by email once the order has been shipped.

Deliveries are made to the address provided on the order form, so please ensure the address is correct when confirming the order. "Le Baiser de la Mariée" cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made by the buyer.

"Le Baiser de la Mariée" cannot be held responsible for losses, delays, thefts, or potential damages caused by La Poste. All orders are sent with a tracking number, and the delivery time varies between two and four business days. Delivery times are given as an estimate. The shipping fee is 8 euros and is sent via tracked mail. Fragile and bulkier items are sent via tracked Colissimo.
 

Warranty, Exchange, and Refunds

"Le Baiser de la Mariée" does its utmost to satisfy the buyer. However, in the case of non-compliance of the items sold, the buyer has, in accordance with the legislation, a withdrawal period of 14 days to return the items. No item will be refunded or exchanged after this period. The buyer must return the items in their original packaging to prevent any deterioration. Otherwise, the items will not be refunded or exchanged. The items must not have been worn. Custom creations and jewelry with color alterations are not eligible for refund or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.

"Le Baiser de la Mariée" will proceed with the refund in the form of a credit on the account used for payment or by exchange within 30 days. Shipping fees will not be refunded and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
